Ed studied management Science at the Eindhoven Technical University. He has been active in marketing and IT roles for Hewlett Packard, Het Financieele Dagblad, VODW Marketing and most recently as managing director for the eSolutions Group EMEA of Aon in London. His motto: "Be the change you want to see in the world", Mahatma Ghandi.
Nico has a passion for teamwork and connecting people. Having grown up on a farm, Nico enjoys feeling his hands in the earth. After studying economics and marketing in Amsterdam, Nico worked for IBM and 3M for 7 years in marketing and sales. In 1983 he started the Videoland franchise-organization which grew from 1 to 180 stores in 9 years. In 1992 he invested in the natural food industry and was a shareholder and CEO of Natudis (The Netherlands). For 8 years he was on the board of directors of the Dutch Fair Trade stores (Wereldwinkels).
